Design & Engineering Services

NAIS's engineering team is fully trained and experienced in compressor design and development, as can only be found with an OEM. NAIS's engineers have hands-on experience in package start-up and commissioning on platforms and in refineries. This experience gives the team a unique insight to effectively design each compressor package according to the most challenging end user specifications in addition to meeting API, ANSI, TEMA and ASME standards. From critical service, corrosive gas processing and refrigeration per API 619 or API-617 to standard fuel gas boosters and refrigeration packages, NAIS's engineering team strives to provide the highest quality product to meet your process needs. Compression Packages
NAIS designs, manufacturers and services API-617 and API-619 Compression Units for critical service applications. Standard offering include:
Process Gas Compression Units: up to 8,000 m³/hr @ 300 psi/ 21 Bar 300 psi
Natural Gas Compression Units: up to 8,000 m³/hr @ 300 psi/ 21 Bar 300 psi
Vapor Recovery Units: up to 8,000 m³/hr @ 300 psi/ 21 Bar
Refrigeration Packages
NAIS designs, manufacturers and services Special and General Purpose Refrigeration Systems for critical service applications. Standard offering include:
Process Gas Refrigeration Systems: up to 400 metric tons @ required pressure using Process Gas as Refrigerant such as Propane, Propelyne, and Butane
Industrial Refrigeration Systems: up to 400 metric tons @ required pressure using Standard Refrigerant such as R22, R134A, and Amonia
Lube, Control and Seal Oil Systems
NAIS designs, manufacturers and services API-614 Special and General Purpose Systems for critical service applications.
Standard offering include:
Lube Oil Systems: up to 600 gpm/ 2324 Lpm @ required pressure
Control Oil Systems: up to 200 gpm/ 758 Lpm up to 300 psi/ 21.1 bar
Seal Oil Systems: up to 200 gpm/ 758 Lpm up to 3000 psi/ 211 bar
Combination Systems are available as standard packages.
API-610 Lube Oil Systems are also offered.
Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers
NAIS designs and manufactures a wide variety of pressure vessels, and shell and tube heat exchangers. All units are designed and fabricated in accordance with the requirements of ASME Section VIII, Division 1 Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Additional standards, such as API-660, TEMA, or per Customer request, or based on the specific application.
